Balada Group acquired a freehold mixed use building which comprises of a ground floor shop & flat and a first floor self contained flat. the first floor will be converted from a 2 bedroom flat into a 5 bedroom ensuited co-living space inclusive of a loft conversion and finished to a very high standard.
Balada Group acquired an office block previously used by an interior designer which comprises of a two adjoined units over two floors. We will be converting this commercial premises into two seperate two bedroom houses.
